Professional Experience & Competency
About 4+ Years of Telecom Industry experience, which can either be implementation, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance, Training or combination of these.
Practical Exposure to Nokia System Preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including good facilitation skills, excellent presentation skills and engaging presentation style
He /She should be a good motivator, with lot of energy and enthusiasm with a proven ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team. Industry certifications pertaining to technical areas and/or training will be highly appreciated.

Technical Expertise
Sound knowledge of GSM/GPRS technology, especially BSS(BSC/BTS/TCSM) part, BSS interfaces & protocols, Logical channels, Basic idea of core Network part (MSC/VLR, HLR,SGSN, GGSN), Basic knowledge of call routing in Mobile network, Basic knowledge of CCS7, integration steps of BSS etc. are must Operation and maintenance experience of BSS network elements is desirable.
Knowledge of trouble shooting, fault finding of BSS elements will be added advantage. Exposure to Nokia BSS elements will be desirable with good exposure to Nokia MML commands & Nokia I series Hardware.

Professional Responsibilities
Responsible for conducting, on-site and open house technical trainings in a corporate environment on technologies like GSM, GPRS, EDGE & 3G(WCDMA) for Nokia specially BSS part.
Train the engineers on various details of mobile technology.
Conduct in-house trainings, and support/guide fresh trainers. The technical areas allocated will be based on area of expertise and growth path.
